About the Role
A1 Earthworx is seeking an experienced Civil Supervisor to join their team based in Lake Cargelligo, NSW.
The Civil Supervisor will report to the NSW Civil Construction Manager, supervise employees, ensure safety, and deliver project outcomes.
Responsibilities

Oversee works team, ensure understanding of project requirements, schedule works, allocate resources, and maintain zero harm compliance.
Ensure all approvals are current before starting works.
Secure and coordinate necessary resources for programmed works.
Seek and provide technical advice as needed.
Report on work performance, monitor KPIs.
Sign off on documentation such as job-specific and WHS forms.
Maintain organized records electronically and in hard copy.
Participate in daily pre-start meetings.

Knowledge and Experience

Cert IV Front line Management or equivalent.
Knowledge of Tf NSW specifications (preferable).
Experience in road construction.
Understanding of Traffic Management requirements.
Valid driver's license.
3-5 years' experience in civil construction supervision.
Experience in scheduling and programming.
Knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and maintenance practices.
Ability to select and assign plant and equipment.
Review and implement traffic management plans.
Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point.
Strong interpersonal skills with stakeholders and team members.
Compliance with all regulatory requirements.
