Home really is where the heart is, and for those of you who join us, that's just how you'll feel - at homeJob Description Now is your opportunity to be part of the Pillow Talk Fabric at our Mentone store, with two exciting career opportunities available: We're currently recruiting for: Assistant Store Manager Retail Inventory Lead If you're passionate about retail, leadership, or inventory and operations - we'd love to hear from youWhat you'll be doing as our Assistant Store Manager: Supporting the Store Manager to drive sales, performance, and a high-performing culture Coaching and mentoring team members to deliver a standout customer experience Assisting in rostering, team development, performance feedback, and store standards Leading by example in consultative selling, visual merchandising, and brand storytelling Creating a welcoming and inclusive team environment with high engagement What you'll be doing as our Retail Inventory Lead: As our Retail Inventory Lead, you'll take the reins of all things stock-related - ensuring inventory processes run smoothly and the store operates with efficiency and accuracy.
