We're now looking for a Network Supply Planner to join our GSC Pacific Supply Chain Planning team, supporting business growth and operational excellence across the region.
Your Impact : Support Pacific Zone business growth through optimized service levels, inventory, and profitability Drive improvements in Supply Planning and SIOP processes with a customer-centric approach Lead digital transformation initiatives to streamline operations and enhance productivity Develop replenishment and inventory strategies balancing cash flow, service levels, and cost Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure delivery excellence and customer satisfaction Manage inventory governance, product lifecycle activities, and strategic replenishment Represent replenishment in transformation projects and digitalization efforts Support customer projects, promotions, and new product launches What You'll Bring : Tertiary qualification in Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, or equivalent APICS or similar industry certification Master's degree or Engineering background preferred3-5 years' experience in supply chain within large, complex organizations Strong analytical skills (Excel, Power Query, Tableau, Alteryx)ERP experience (SAP, Kinaxis highly regarded)Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills Ability to influence, prioritize, and solve problems in fast-paced environments Customer-centric mindset and results-oriented approach Why Schneider Electric?Flexible work arrangements and global family leave Competitive salary and share program options Career development through our global Open Talent Market Discounts at major retailers and access to employee rewards Continuous training and exposure to cutting-edge supply chain practices A supportive, inclusive team environment Our Recruitment Process : Apply online Initial phone conversation Virtual or in-person panel interview All applicants must have working rights in Australia at the time of application and will be required to provide documented evidence if selected for interview.
