Experiential Discovery: This is a dynamic, hands-on approach that immerses you in real-life situations, allowing you to connect new information to existing knowledge with everyday applications to enhance the learning process.
Theoretical Learning: Develop your clinical expertise by strengthening your theoretical foundation through immersive and interactive workshops facilitated by Subject Matter Experts.
Individualised Development: A custom program will be designed with you so you can follow your preferred roadmap to excellence.
Specialise or maintain a diverse caseload, and work towards progressing your career operationally or clinically.
WHAT YOU'LL DORole In this rewarding role, you'll lead the delivery of high-quality, community-based care with support and oversight from your Clinical Supervisor and Team Leader.
A typical day at National 360 may involve: Supporting clients in the community, in their home, in one of our clinic spaces or via telehealth.
Meeting with your Clinical Supervisor for 1:1 or group supervision.
Preparing for appointments, writing reports, and completing case notes.
Spending time with your colleagues, attending team meetings or checking in with your Team Leader.
Completing the Graduate Curriculum on our online LMS.
Collaborating with your multidisciplinary team of Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists, Physiotherapists, Early Childhood Practitioners and Positive Behaviour Support Therapists, all dedicated to making a real impact.

You might have a special interest in paediatrics or mental health or have preference for a generalist caseload.
You're organised, a good communicator, and genuinely care about helping people reach their goals.
If you meet the following criteria, we would love to hear from youYou hold a relevant Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy and hold or have applied for AHPRA registration.
You have an interest in community healthcare.
You have access to your own vehicle and hold a current driver's licence.
You have or are willing to obtain a NDIS Workers Check and Working with children check.
