Culturally, this team is comprised of highly motivated and accomplished professionals that are collaborative and friendly.Your new roleBeing a startup, this role would suit someone who thrives in a fast-paced work environment where you are able to create processes and set frameworks as you establish the IT function for the organisation.Some of the key tasks aligned to this role will include: Participate in the formulation of the PMO including Engage with stakeholders to understand and then define business requirements Analyse and report on the status of 'As-Is' and 'To-Be' processes.
Formulate and define the scope of work required to deliver the outcomes.
Design and implement key business processes including the preparation of documentation.
Conduct impact assessments on the business implications for proposed new technologies.
Oversee the delivery of key projects with a specific focus on cyber, data & cloud projects.
Produce testing artifacts for Cyber and Infrastructure projects you have delivered.
About You
• You are an experienced Snr Business Analyst that has experience performing the above listed tasks, ideally within a Greenfield or startup business.
• You are able to bring context, controls and sound governance to a completely new environment.
• Due to the quality of your prior experience, you are able to deliver IT projects and understand agile methodologies.
• You have prior experience with Paa S and Iaa S cloud providers and have worked with MS Azure.
• Have delivered cyber initiatives such as IAM, application controls, PKI and logging.
• You have prior experience working with standards or frameworks such as ipart, AESCSF, ISO27001 or Soci.
• Candidates coming from energy, critical infrastructure or the utilities sector will be highly regarded.
• Interpersonally, you are forward thinking, innovative and an excellent communicator.
