Senior Health Clinical (Clinical Lead) – Youth Drug & Alcohol Team

Hours per Week: 38.
Remuneration: $77,358.00 - $133,156.00 pa (+ superannuation + salary packaging options).
Location: Negotiable within Western NSW.

About The Role
The WNSWLHD Youth Drug & Alcohol program is an assertive outreach service that will provide youth focused responses and treatment options.
The program works with those aged 12-25 experiencing issues with alcohol and other drug use, and their families/carers.
The program aims to reduce harm by taking a multi-disciplinary and evidence-based approach.
This program will focus on a holistic, trauma–informed, culturally safe and responsive service delivery model.

You will take a trauma-informed approach and provide respectful, person-centred care, tailored to each individual's needs.
Central to your role will be employing an individualised, holistic approach to care, incorporating comprehensive care planning to address the diverse physical, emotional, and social aspects of each person's journey to support the young person and their family.
