We're now seeking a passionate People Manager – Performance Culture to join our Organisational Development team.
This role will be instrumental in delivering our performance management processes, building leader capability, and championing initiatives that underpin Jetstar's long-term success.
The Opportunity As People Manager – Performance Culture, you will: Lead the delivery of Jetstar's performance management cycle including goal setting, reviews, and calibrations.
Drive the implementation and ongoing embedment of our performance framework.
Partner with business leaders and HRBPs to activate culture, improve goal quality, and support leadership capability.
Embed Jetstar's leadership principles into performance practices and development programs.
Use data and analytics to track adoption, engagement, and impact, ensuring continuous improvement.
Act as a trusted advisor to leaders on performance challenges and opportunities.
About You You're a people-focused HR or OD professional who thrives on building performance and culture.
You'll bring: Degree qualifications in Business and/or Human Resources.5+ years' experience in HR or organisational development, ideally in a performance and culture focused role.
Experience in delivering performance management processes, frameworks, or culture initiatives across complex organisations.
Strong stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
Adaptability, resilience, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
