About the Opportunity: As the General Manager - Aviation Safety sector, you'll play a pivotal leadership role, driving strategic direction, maintaining a positive culture, and ensuring operational excellence.
You will be responsible for leading and developing high-performing teams, strengthening stakeholder relationships, and ensuring financial sustainability, with a focus on people leadership, change management, and organisational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities: Provide inspiring and ethical leadership, cultivating a positive and engaged workplace culture Foster strong team development, ensuring high performance and collaboration Lead and drive change management initiatives to enhance organisational effectiveness Develop and implement strategic and operational plans aligned with long-term goals Ensure financial sustainability through effective budget management and revenue diversification Build and maintain strong relationships with industry partners, regulators, and key stakeholders Drive continuous improvement and innovation within the organisation Oversee governance, compliance, and risk management frameworks Represent the organisation externally and advocate for key initiatives About the Ideal Candidate: You are a strategic and people-focused leader who excels at driving organisational excellence.
