Treatment Room Team Leader

This role involves clinical duties such as health assessments, immunisations, pathology collection, and assisting with staff management and rostering.
Responsibilities Manage clinical services within the treatment room and support healthcare professionals.
Perform clinical duties including vaccinations, ECG monitoring, wound dressings, and equipment sterilisation.
Build patient relationships and assist with triage and procedures.
Support practice management with staff rostering, recruitment, and performance management.
Ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) through effective communication with staff.
About You Registered Nurse with experience in General Practice or Acute settings.
Leadership experience is valued; we support your professional development.
Passionate about healthcare and community wellbeing.
Ability to work independently and make decisions confidently.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
