You will work with partners and senior lawyers on primarily sensitive claims.Our national team has a diverse and well-established client base, including insurers, government, churches and schools.What You NeedWe welcome applications from lawyers who:have 1+ years' experience in personal injuries claims work (preferably with sensitive claims as a part of their practice); are familiar with civil procedure; are able to thoroughly and sensitively interrogate evidence in relation to liability and quantum issues; are personally well organised, with demonstrated experience in managing a portfolio of claims; have a strong client focus and demonstrated ability to form enduring relationships with peers, clients and industry experts; work in a highly collaborative environment; are resilient and committed to excellence that matches our own; and take pride in their work and who they work for.
