Role Description This is a contract, hybrid role for a Behaviour Support Practitioner at Assessable in Gold Coast, QLD.

The practitioner will work on supporting individuals with behavioral challenges, conducting assessments, developing behavior support plans, and providing staff training.

The role involves a mix of working at the Gold Coast location and remote work from home.

Qualifications Experience in Behavior Support and working with individuals with behavioral challenges Knowledge of NDIS guidelines and reporting requirements Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to conduct assessments and develop behavior support plans Experience in staff training and support Understanding of Psychology principles Registration with the NDIS as a PBS practitioner AHPRA or other professional registration Relevant certifications in Behavior Support or Psychology Ability to work independently and as part of a team
