This Role: Starting in February 2026, as a Finance Graduate, you will work with Stockland's Finance teams responsible for portfolio management, including planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, billing, strategy, leasing, tax, and more.
You will collaborate closely with the operating business to ensure quality financial information.
You may also complete a rotation in another part of the business to broaden your experience, helping you decide your next career step after the program.
Responsibilities include: Undertaking reporting and analysis to identify opportunities and risks.
Preparing reports to monitor key performance drivers and support stakeholders in achieving targets.
Providing forecast information to aid management decisions.
Influencing management decisions through active communication of analysis and forecasts.
Partnering with internal stakeholders to build strong relationships.
Collaborating as part of the Stockland Finance community.
Complying with WH&S legislation and procedures.
Contributing to Stockland's risk-aware culture and performance through participation in risk training and compliance.
What we're looking for: Applicants must be Citizens or Permanent Residents of Australia or New Zealand.
Completed a relevant degree within 24 months of February 2026.
Degrees in Accounting, Business, Commerce, Economics, Property, or related fields are preferred, but other degrees will also be considered.
