Product Owner

As a key driver of our digital transformation, you will lead project deliverables and act as a positive change agent to deliver against the digital roadmap, ensuring that Product always represents our customer, end-user and business goals.
This role sits at the crossroads of customer experience, operational excellence, and technical innovation.
You'll be instrumental in designing and delivering solutions that are not only deeply customer-centric but also robust, scalable and seamlessly aligned with our long-term digital strategy.
How you will spend your day: Create an inspiring vision for the product outcome, drawing on industry, customer and business insights to support the broader digital strategy.
Define, document, and prioritise business requirements, features, and user stories Own and maintain the product backlog, ensuring it is aligned with business priorities Facilitate Agile ceremonies to drive progress and foster a culture of continuous improvement Own the end-to-end process for user acceptance testing, quality assurance and training Develop and deliver training programs for new business processes Own and execute the communications plan for the e Commerce and omnichannel roadmap Manage scope and track progress of releases, ensuring smooth handover of new features to end users About You: Proven experience leading others within a Product team, using Agile development methodologies Strong technical understanding of systems, integrations and processes Skilled at balancing multiple priorities, stakeholders and timelines in a fast-paced environment Commercially minded with a strong focus on customer-centric product outcomes Experience defining and delivering Minimum Viable Products (MVPs), running A/B tests, and making data-driven decisions Solid understanding of customer interaction design, UX principles, front-end development, and UI best practices Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Passion for continuous improvement, with a proactive approach to optimising product performance and user experience Make Home Your Career At Adairs, our people are everything.
