About the Role: This is a Part Time ongoing Sonographer position at 0.7 FTE (56 hours per fortnight) within the Medical Imaging Department.
As a paediatric sonographer, you will be required to provide a quality imaging service to patients and referrers in the Ultrasound Department and form part of the dynamic ultrasound team.
Under the direction of the Lead Sonographer, you will contributes to the ongoing care of paediatric patients in spheres of diagnosis, disease monitoring and treatment.
The goal is to optimise and maintain high standards/procedures and to succeed in producing reliable, timely and important results which really make a difference.
This role includes performing imaging at a senior level and providing ongoing supervision and mentoring to student and trainees under the guidance of the Lead Clinical Educator Sonographer.
