About the Opportunity:
With a location open to all states in Australia, this is a rare opportunity to join our Corporate Learning and Development operational team
Our Learning Experience Specialists curate and design content and facilitate virtual
and in-person learning programs. This role is primarily focused on the design,
development and delivery of learning material to increase skills and capability of our Corporate Travel Managers, both in Australia and globally.
Specifically, the role supports programs within the entire learning ecosystem,
from new starters and through to experienced team members to leaders. The role analyses
learning needs and develops instruction with initial support and guidance
from a senior instructional designer and/or Team Leader. Delivery methods
include virtual and in-person facilitation, eLearning, webinars, resource
toolkits, workshops and conferences.
As part of the Professional Development team, the purpose of the role is to meet
our greater company objectives of continual improvement in workforce
capability, employee engagement and FCTG's future growth goals.
