Reporting to the Workshop Supervisor, the Machine Assembler will be responsible for assisting the Plant Mechanics in machine rebuilds and component change outs on Caterpillar heavy earthmoving equipment.

Location: Perth Airport

Roster: Two roster options available - 5:2 roster (10 hour days) or 8:6 (12 hour days).

To be successful the following is required:
  • Excellent mechanical aptitude or mechanical experience
  • Exposure working in a similar service environment or mining
  • Demonstrated ability to work well in a team environment
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Motivated problem-solving skills
  • Be well aligned and exhibit WesTrac's SPARC values
