Our client is a global market leader for measuring and process technology solutions, with a local specialization into vibrating screens at CHPP's. Their service division is rapidly expanding due to unprecedented growth across Australian industry. As a result, we are looking for a 2 x Field Service Mechanical Fitters based at their Newcastle workshop.

What's involved?

OEM mechanical maintenance, inspections and repairs on vibrating screens on customer CHPP's and mine sitesRegular travel to and from local customer sites, plus some workshop workOccasional weekend and interstate work, a few times per yearWork away from home on average 2-3 nights / weekWork as a team for safe execution of all maintenance under OH&S management systems
What are we looking for? Mechanical Trade QualificationFixed plant experience preferredPreferred experience in a field based roleMR Licence highly regarded but not essentialExperience and / or knowledge of mining industry and safety expectationsAble to pass coal board medical order 43 and police checkA can do attitude and proactivity to execute projectsExcellent work references that can support your application
What we can offer you: Full time, permanent opportunities$120K Salary + SuperOvertime applied after 38 approved hoursRotating 4 day roster: Monday - Thursday & Tuesday - Friday - 4 day weekend every fortnightLength of service site allowance: $88 - $198 per day scaled to tenure with company up to 2 years.Paid travel, accommodation and mealsFull OEM product training and specialized equipment trainingA collaborative team environment with supportive management structureCareer progression optionsASAP start
