Reporting to the Internal Audit Manager, this position will see you work in accordance with Crown's Internal Audit Plan to assist in monitoring and reporting on Crown's critical corporate governance responsibilities. In this position you will perform vital activities including the reviewing of key operational processes and procedures to ensure the adherence to legislative and regulatory requirements.

This is an exciting time to be part of the Crown Internal Audit function, as we help support the business through one of the largest regulatory review and process reformation programmes the Australian gaming and entertainment industry has seen.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Completing strategic, operational, and gaming audits from end to end
  • Reporting audit findings and recommendations to Executive and Department Management
  • Liaising with Management and monitoring the implementation of audit recommendations
  • Providing advice and direction to Departmental Management and Staff on all issues relating to Internal Audit
Job Requirements:
  • Demonstrated success in an Internal Audit role (or a similar position in a related field)
  • Completed a degree in a relevant field
  • Completed or studying towards a recognised accounting or Internal Audit qualification (CA, CPA, CIA)
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects
  • Prior experience with data analytics is desirable
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • An understanding of highly regulated industries, gaming, or hotel operations is desired but not essential.
