THE POSITION

  • Reporting to the Business Systems Manager, this position supports the e-Business team.
  • Provide administration or customer service skills to our internal and external customers.
  • Ensure that the Master Catalogue Management System is kept up to date with the latest products and pricing as provided by Foodbuy Managers and Suppliers
  • Implementing individual requests from the Business in a timely manner.
    Assisting internal clients through Compass IT Helpdesk.

THE PERSON:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a customer service / administration role.
  • Strong administrative skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to problem solve.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Good interpersonal skills, able to establish & maintain positive working relationships with all stakeholders.
  • A self-starter and the ability to work autonomously and within a team.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office software: Excel, Outlook and Word
