In addition to having a strong interest in the financial services industry, markets, and research processes, team members possess solid financial modeling skills, excellent written and verbal communication, strategic and analytical thinking abilities, and a high level of proficiency in Excel.

DIVISIONS AND JOB FUNCTIONS

  • Corporate Advisory: Works on complex financial challenges and transactions in the current market. Projects include advising on mergers, providing financial solutions for acquisitions, and structuring initial public offerings. The team collaborates with corporations, pension funds, financial sponsors, and governments to generate innovative ideas.
  • Industry Group Coverage: Delivers banking services in developed and emerging markets globally. Teams work together to build relationships and execute transactions. Experts provide advice across various industries, regions, and products.
  • Financing Group Coverage: Collaborates with corporate clients, pension funds, financial sponsors, and governments to structure and execute financing and risk management solutions. Handles equity, debt, and derivatives across different product groups.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 1-5 years of relevant work experience
  • Proficient to advanced skills in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and follow-through
  • Strong ability to manage multiple projects with deadlines
  • Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Adaptability to different industries and businesses
  • Ability to analyze, evaluate, and make independent judgments
  • Capability to interact with senior management and global stakeholders
  • Commercially savvy with discretion for confidential information
  • Integrity, ethical standards, and sound judgment
