We are a family of four: mum, dad, and two daughters aged 4yrs and 6yrs. We are Australian, Danish and Czech Nationalities and have lived and worked internationally for many years.

We now reside in Canberra where mum works as an Anaethetist and dad works intermittently overseas (which is why we need a nanny).

We live in a nice new house in a quiet and leafy part of Canberra, 4 minutes drive to the girls private school and close to activities.


  • Job DescriptionWe usually wake up around 0700 and school drop off is 0830, but only 4 minutes away so no stress.
Then the rest of the day is nice and chilled, shopping once a week and laundry every couple of days. Cleaning required once per week, otherwise just general tidying.

Then school pick-up at 1500 and either an afternoon class, play with friends - then home, dinner and bed by 830.

School drop off and pick up is required. Car provided. Taking the girls to various classes, after school.
  • AccommodationWe live in a mid to large new home with good heating / airconditioning and fast wifi.
The house is seperated into two zones, and is very comfortable to live with a nanny. The nanny will have their own bathroom and access to everything in the house. The house has solar panels and a security system for peace of mind.

There is also a very good sized grassy yard and garden, with outdoor sitting and play area for the kids.
