In this role, you will support the Front Office Manager in overseeing front office operations and managing staff on a daily basis. The front office areas encompass Bell/Door Staff, Switchboard, and Guest Services/Front Desk. You will be responsible for guiding managers and staff to ensure an efficient check-in and check-out process, enhancing guest and employee satisfaction, and optimizing the department's financial performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting Management of Front Desk Team: Lead and motivate the team, promote sound business decisions, and uphold integrity in all aspects of work.
  • Monitoring and Supporting Progress Toward Guest Services and Front Desk Goals: Oversee daily operations to maintain high standards and meet customer expectations consistently.
  • Ensuring Exceptional Customer Service: Enhance service quality by understanding and addressing guest needs effectively.
  • Managing Projects and Policies: Ensure adherence to all Front Office policies and procedures.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Effective Planning and Organizing skills
  • Proficiency in Computer skills
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
  • Adaptability and Flexibility

Required Qualifications and Experience:

  • High school diploma or GED; minimum 2 years of experience in guest services, front desk, or related field OR
  • 2-year degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major; no prior work experience necessary.
