Position: Lead Educator – Nursery Room
Location: Hamilton, QLD
Type: Part-Time (3 days per week, eventual increase to full-time)
Hours: 7am – 6pm (rotating roster)

Our clients centre in Hamilton, QLD believes in providing high-quality, personalised care and education for young children. Their dedicated team, including the approved providers are committed to creating a positive and enriching environment for both the educators and children within their care.

About Your New Role:
Provide exceptional care and education to a small group of 2 to 4 0-2 year olds each day;
Develop and implement age appropriate learning experiences;
Create a safe, nurturing and inclusive environment where each child and their families feel valued and supported;
Observe and document children's progress, ensuring their developmental needs are met;
Collaborate with the educational leader and other colleagues to ensure and improve the quality of care and education.

About You:
Hold a diploma of early childhood education and care (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
Available to work 3 days per week initially and then increase to 5 days working per week as enrolments in your room increase
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
