Major Duties:
- Represents the group and Northern's capabilities to prospective clients and internal partners as part of the business development process
- Liaises with Product, Technology and other partner areas to define business requirements, testing , staffing, roll out and implementation of solutions for new or existing clients
- Leads initiatives for productivity, reducing risk and reducing costs within the division
- Seasoned multi-disciplinary expert with extensive technical and / or business knowledge and functional expertise
- Focus of role is on execution of strategic direction of business function activities
- Carries out complex initiatives involving multiple disciplines and/or ambiguous issues
- Displays a balanced, cross-functional perspective, liaising with the business to improve efficiency, effectiveness and productivity
Knowledge:
- Excellent oral and written communication skills are required
- In-depth Client Accounting/Industry Knowledge is required
- Highly flexible and adaptable to change
- Leadership and organizational skills are required to determine the Business Unit's goals, resources needed, and to assess and develop the skills of staff.
Experience:
- A College or University degree and/or relevant Client Accounting work experience is required.
