Key Responsibilities:

Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify and document technology and operational requirements for the new retail brand offering, with a primary focus on in-store elements such as POS systems, network infrastructure, and accounting processes.Roadmap Development: Develop a comprehensive roadmap that outlines the phased development of advanced features, including customer loyalty programs, e-commerce platforms, and integrated digital solutions.Analysis and Documentation: Conduct detailed analysis and create clear, concise documentation to support the implementation of technology solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the bridge between the business and technical teams, facilitating effective communication and ensuring that all requirements are accurately translated into technical specifications.Project Support: Provide ongoing support throughout the project lifecycle, including testing, troubleshooting, and ensuring that project milestones are met on time and within budget. Key Requirements: Proven experience as a Business Analyst in retail or a related industry, with a strong understanding of POS systems, network infrastructure, and retail accounting processes, and Loyalty - RETAIL EXPERIENCE ESSENTIALDemonstrated ability to develop roadmaps for complex projects, particularly those involving phased implementation of technology solutions.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes.Knowledge of loyalty programs, e-commerce platforms, and digital retail solutions is highly desirable.#scr-hannah-macleod At Randstad Digital, we are passionate about providing equal employment opportunities and embracing diversity to the benefit of all.
