Looking for an experienced Asphalt workers

At Randstad, we Partner with Australia's leading Civil and Construction companies. Our projects include construction of major civil projects including roadworks, residential and rural subdivisions and Commercial construction.

Due to increased projects, our clients are looking for experienced Civil Labourers to join their projects in the Sunshine coast. The current projects are due to last 18 months

Duties

Ensure trucks have all tools required for days workGeneral labour duties on Asphalt / Road projects Use and maintenance of small plant including demo saw, jack hammer and Wacker packerClean debris and spoil from worksiteOffload truck and reorganise for following dayOperate plant machinery like Rollers, etcGeneral cleaning and maintenance of the warehouse, equipment and vehicles. Must Have: Construction CardAsphalt Experience (preferred) Roller ticket Bobcat ticketGood attitude and Physically fitAbility to undertake heavy manual handling / labouring dutiesAbility to effectively and work with others, and follow instructionsConfidence to work unsupervised or in a team environmentAbility to undertake heavy manual handling / labouring dutiesMachine operation experience and ticketsAble to pass drug and alcohol testingCan provide references relating to recent, similar experience Nice to have: Previous experience working in civil construction environment (Preferred) Traffic Management Ticket (preferred)Flocon Operations experience (not essential, highly regarded)
