TA Partner

HR Partners by Randstad is currently representing a global purpose-driven organization in search of a dedicated TA Partner. In this role, you will report directly to the HR Director for ANZ, serving as either an internal recruiter or Talent Partner. This is a unique opportunity for someone to spearhead, lead, and shape the Talent and recruitment function within the organization.

• End-to-end recruitment of 20-30 roles concurrently, managing the complete process from briefing to placement, onboarding, and induction; a hands-on role.
• Handling relationships with labor hire vendors and contractors.
• Executing recruitment marketing strategies, including social media campaigns, events, and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives.
• Managing candidate pipelines and talent pools.
• Building and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2-3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in a similar role and industry.
• Experience in engaging with both white-collar and blue-collar stakeholders.
• A strategic mindset coupled with problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work within tight deadlines, managing and prioritizing multiple tasks effectively.
