Located within Component Maintenance Services, your position as an Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (AME) will see you carrying out work in the Unit Load Devices (ULD) and Galley Cart workshop. This role will be responsible for delivering safe, cost effective, quality maintenance products and services to the airline.

You'll have –

  • A Certificate IV in Aeroskills [Mechanical, Avionics, or Structures] - desirable
  • An Australian recognised trade qualification - mechanical preferred
  • Sound knowledge and understanding of maintenance procedures
  • Commitment to being a highly customer-focused team worker with flexibility and willingness to undertake other reasonable duties as required
  • Previously or currently a Non-Licenced Certifying Staff (advantageous)
  • A current airside drivers' licence (advantageous)
  • A current forklift licence (advantageous)
  • Sound communications skills, both written and verbal
  • Highly developed attention to detail.
