Are you the perfect fit for this role?

We are in need of a Greeter to assist our Boutique team in warmly welcoming clients and guiding them through the Boutique while sharing insights about the Maison. Your main duties will include providing top-notch customer service and fostering engagement with each client in alignment with Van Cleef & Arpels' values and history.

What we require from you:

Working under the guidance of the Deputy Boutique Manager, you will initiate the magical experience for clients, help with serving refreshments during presentations, and collect information from potential clients.

  • Do you possess prior experience in high-end customer service?
  • Have you excelled in a retail, luxury, or hospitality setting before?
  • Are your communication and organizational skills top-notch?
  • Do you have a keen interest in learning and sharing our Maison's fascinating heritage?
  • Are you adaptable, inquisitive, and quick to respond? Do you thrive in dynamic and demanding environments?
  • Do you actively seek solutions to ensure customers have the best possible in-store experience?
