Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers and provide assistance with product inquiries, orders, and purchases at the counter.Utilize product knowledge to recommend solutions and upsell products to meet customers' needs.Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our sales software.Maintain a clean and organized counter area, ensuring products are well-displayed and stocked.Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster repeat business and loyalty.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer orders are fulfilled in a timely manner. .
