HR Partners by Randstad have an opportunity for an experienced government Recruitment Coordinator to join our client site in Brisbane's South. This role is a full-time temporary position with an immediate start.
Government opportunityFriendly team and cultureAttractive hourly rate About the role: Drafting and submitting job advertisements and new starter appointments.Working closely with hiring managers to support their recruitment process (i.e., phone screening, schedule and coordinate interviews, attend interviews, draft selection reports)Assist in the preparation of pre-employment checks and onboarding materials for new hires.Support the People and Culture team by offering sound HR advice and guidance to the business in respect to the interpretation of relevant legislation, directives, policies, procedures, departmental processes.Support the People and Culture team to liaise and consult with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders in the delivery of People and Culture services, managing conflicting priorities within tight timeframes, resolving issues and ensuring outcomes are agile and respectful of high-performance environments.Continually develop and maintain a professional knowledge and understanding of HR policies, procedures and guidelines and a sound knowledge of (i.e. awards, certified agreements), to ensure accurate HR advice and guidance is provided to our leaders. About the individual: Government recruitment experience mandatory for this position.Experience using springboard, highly desirable.Experience supporting the panel interview process.Experience preparing selection reports.Ability to work in a fast paced environment.Ability to work independently and within a team.Strong active listening skills to understand diverse perspectives and respond appropriately to team members concerns and suggestions.High level of accuracy and attention to detail in preparing documentation and processing information.Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with employees at all levels.Strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
