Your new role

Inbound enquiries from potential customers, brokers or referrersBuild wonderful relationships with empathy and careConduct inbound and outbound conversations with customers to support enquiries or applications through the sales funnelAnnual calls to customers throughout the term of loan, as well as managing hardship, customer complaints or requests for informationEngage in cross-selling, referrals or credit assistanceManage inbound and outbound customer email and web chat enquiries – pre-application, we well as support the gathering of documentation as part of application assessment and settlement processMore about you
Interest working in financial services with related experience in a customer / sales / success focused role (or similar)Exceptional client management skills combined with engaging communication styleGrowth mindset with ability to build deep understanding of our products, systems and processes while demonstrating high emotional intelligence and care for our customersIntellectual curiosity with great problem solving skillsSolutions-focused, engaging and consultative team player with collaborative and supportive spiritEnjoys working in a fast-paced, dynamic working environment with a breadth and
