Job Overview:

As our Junior Nurse Program Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting and coordinating various Patient Support Programs within our organization. You will be a key member of our team, delivering projects and programs that help educate and support people living with a broad range of diseases, including cancer, psoriasis, and diabetes.

We will endeavor to ensure you are provided with plenty of training to introduce you to the world of healthcare services, pharmaceutical companies, healthcare professionals and people living with health conditions.

Your role will involve answering incoming phone calls and emails regarding the various programs and ensuring queries are dealt with politely and efficiently. You will be responsible for running regular reports for our clients who sponsor the programs. You will assist Program Managers, and you will provide administrative assistance across various program activities including setting up and maintaining documentation files as well as maintaining internal databases and tracking systems.

This position is full time, 38 hours a week for 12 months, with the possibility of a permanent role afterwards.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences preferred.
  • Previous work experience either in health or a customer service preferred (i.e., retail, part time/full time/casual)
  • Must have permanent, full time Australia working rights (i.e., Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
