Position Summary:

  • Seeking a Test Lead with over 10 years of expertise in ETL and BI testing, as well as experience leading teams of up to 5 members.
  • Must have skills in developing test strategies, creating test plans, and crafting complex SQL validation queries based on data mapping documents.
  • Experience in automating data validation using Python or similar automation tools.

Mandatory Skills:

  • Proficiency in SQL Server 2014, Teradata, Google Cloud BigQuery, AWS Redshift.
  • Familiarity with HP ALM 11.0, MTM, Jira, and exposure to the Healthcare domain.
  • Knowledge of Azure Data Factory, SSIS 2014, Datastage 9.0.1, and Informatica.
  • Skills in T-SQL scripting, PowerShell scripting, Selenium, and Python.
  • Experience with PowerBI, Microstrategy 8.0.1, and SSRS.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Engage in regular discussions with the onshore team to comprehend business requirements effectively.
  • Ensure comprehensive coverage of requirements and stay updated on any new changes in project requirements.
  • Educate the team on requirements and business scenarios that need testing.
  • Prepare testing documentation, including test plans, test scenarios/cases, and test results.
  • Participate in different testing phases like SIT, UAT, and production implementations.
  • Address client inquiries and clarify any issues that arise.
  • Document encountered defects in bug reports and log them in Jira.
  • Collaborate with the development team for defect resolution.
  • Contribute to test scenario automation and data validation during upgrade testing.
  • Provide training, guidance, and collaboration across teams.

Salary Range: $100,000 and above
