1. Senior Cloud Engineers x 2 Designing and Implementing Azure Solutions: Develop scalable, secure, and highly available cloud solutions on the Azure platform.Managing and Monitoring Cloud Infrastructures: Ensure optimal performance and cost-efficiency of cloud infrastructures.Automating Cloud Deployments and Configuration Management: Use Azure DevOps, PowerShell, and ARM templates for automation.Ensuring Data Protection and Compliance: Use Azure security features to ensure data protection and compliance with relevant policies and legislation.Collaborating with Development Teams: Work with development teams to integrate cloud services into software applications.Conducting Disaster Recovery Planning: Implement backup strategies to maintain data integrity.Optimising Resource Utilisation and Implementing Cost-Saving Measures: Regularly monitor and optimise resource utilisation to implement cost-saving measures.Providing Technical Support and Guidance: Offer support and guidance to stakeholders on cloud-related issues.Developing and Maintaining Documentation: Create and maintain documentation for cloud architectures, procedures, and training materials.Facilitating the Migration of Legacy Systems: Help with the migration of legacy systems to the Azure cloud platform.Collaborating with Cross-Functional Teams: Work with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of cloud services with business processes.2. Senior Cloud Engineer x 1 - 3 days/week (part time)Over 12+ years of IT experience with recent 2+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, including design, deployment, configuration, and optimisation.IaaS and PaaS: Familiarity with Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) and Platform as a Service (PaaS) solutions, and experience working within an Agile framework.Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Proficiency in IaC development using tools like Terraform, Azure CLI, Puppet, and Ansible, and scripting skills in Perl, Python, and PowerShell.Source Code Management: Proficient with GIT for source code management, and familiarity with Azure DevOps.Broad IT Skills: Competence in networking, systems administration, data protection, information security, and CI/CD tooling, and Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.Experience in guiding junior engineers
