The School Psychologist is a senior member of the Nhulunbuy Primary School Executive leadership team.

Their key roles are to promote the wellbeing and mental health status of students, and staff, implementing departmental and school-based policies and programs to achieve optimal educational outcomes for students.

They will work collaboratively to build capacity of all staff, to identify and work towards ongoing school improvements, to achieve quality educational outcomes for students in Preschool to Year 6, with a specific focus on special education, student wellbeing and inclusion and school wide positive behaviour, through promoting continuous improvement.
