Currently seeking technical HRIS speciaists who are skilled in the implementation and roll out of a new HRIS.

Ideally, we are looking to speak to candidates that had previous experience in at least one HRIS and who are open to both permanent and contracting opportunities.

What we're looking for:

  • Previous experience as a HR Systems Specialist or Systems Analyst.
  • Demonstrated experience in implementing new people platforms and/or upgrades to existing platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to partner with HR Leadership, business process owners, and ICT to configure, maintain, and optimise people platforms.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to see tasks through to conclusion.
  • Strong analytical and business process management skills.
  • Technically savvy, including trouble shooting.
  • Demonstrated a service oriented and solution-based approach to problems.
  • Experienced in scheduling and conducting company wide HRIS training sessions.
