Your key responsibilities include:Leading teams managing operational or technical PACE issues.Chairing Senior Leadership collaboration meetings as required.Prioritising and presenting options to Senior Executive Leadership.Managing defect and bug fix cycles, collaborating with stakeholders to agree outcomes for prioritisation.Supporting and leading multiple business areas in the hypercare process.Leading analysis of listening and ticket data to identify themes and issues for prioritisation.Developing frequent reports or deliver presentation on hypercare activities.Establishing teams and processes, building team culture and support training in use of platforms and hypercare processes.Forward planning and development of improved strategies or processes to enhance existing hypercare processes.Analysis of agency dataBuilding team capability with accessing, exchanging and managing data from internal sources and enhancing the reporting process. Successful candidate attributes: Deep understanding of Project Management and ability to use differing project toolsEvidenced ability to lead projects and Multi-disciplinary teamsAbility to influence stakeholders, drive decision making, and manage conflicting or challenging situationsExperience in the use of Jira and ConfluenceStrong leadership, strategic organisation, influence and negotiation skills Desirable skills: Detailed understanding of SAP and Salesforce CRM platformsAlthough not mandatory, formal training and/or experience in project management will be highly regarded.
