The Opportunity

  • Based in Adelaide managing A-grade commercial assets for our premium client: Charter Hall
  • Lead a small team of Facility Managers in the delivery of Building Operations and Facility Management, providing day to day technical and operational support
  • Co-ordinate and maintain building operations optimum efficiency and cost effectiveness Ensure a high level of Customer satisfaction through the efficient and effective delivery of all building services within the assets

About you

  • Extensive commercial Facilities management experience
  • Sound understanding of legislative requirements around facilities management services.
  • Excellent people and team management skills with a track record in creating excellent team culture
