Position Summary:

We are on the lookout for a highly proficient Lead Engineer well-versed in Siebel UCM and Data/Application Integration development. The ideal candidate must possess exceptional communication and teamwork skills, along with a demonstrated history of effective team leadership within Agile settings.

Mandatory Skills:

  • Siebel UCM/CRM Product: Profound hands-on expertise in Siebel UCM/CRM Product, specializing in solution design roles.
  • Siebel Data Validation Manager: Extensive experience in Siebel Data Validation Manager.
  • Integration Technologies: Knowledge of integration technologies such as micro-services, Web Services, and Queues, is essential.
  • Oracle Customer Hub (Siebel UCM) & Informatica: Proficiency in Oracle Customer Hub (Siebel UCM) & Informatica.
  • Systems Integration: Background in systems integration.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities are imperative.
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities are required.
  • Client Handling and Stakeholder Management Skills: Proficient client handling and stakeholder management expertise is vital.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Lead the creation and implementation of Siebel UCM solutions.
  • Develop and sustain Data/Application integration with other systems.
  • Collaborate with diverse teams to outline, create, and deliver new features.
  • Supervise a group of engineers, nurturing a cooperative and inclusive environment.
  • Promote Agile practices within the team, ensuring prompt and high-quality delivery.
  • Effectively communicate with stakeholders across all organizational levels.

Salary Range: >$100,000
