Receptionist

Randstad is currently recruiting for a full time receptionist to join one of our valued clients on the northern end of the gold coast. Joining a leading company within the manufacturing industry.

If you have had some exposure to a similar role, or you are someone with an exceptional customer service background looking for a step into an office environment to continue developing your skills - this role is for you

Key responsibilities -

Greeting customers and perform reception duties, including responding to phone calls and enquiries Providing administrative support to various departmentsHandle incoming and outgoing mailGeneral administrationAssist managers with booking in meetings and events Ideally you will have - Exceptional customer service and phone manner is essential for this role Previous experience in a receptionist role or a customer service background highly regardedExcellent communicatorGood computer skills Someone who is reliable and keen on developing new skills Why choose this role - 4pm finish on FridaysGenuine career growth within the company is encouragedFamily owned business with full support and ongoing training and development
