Purpose of the role:

Reporting to the Coordinator Safety Data, the Support Officer Incidents will be responsible for compiling safety data records, ensuring their accuracy and completeness, and assisting in analysis and reporting on this data.

To be successful in this position you must have the following:

Attention to detailDemonstrated competency using Microsoft Office suite of applications, particularly ExcelGeneral understanding of records management systems. Key areas of Responsibility: Provide support for the triaging of all incident reports received under legislative and other requirements - including verification of the severity classification of incidentsCreate and maintain incident database records, ensuring the accuracy and completenessCode incidents using the Occurrence Framework to reflect what happened in the incident as a key input into identifying safety trends and issuesMonitor, assist and oversee responses to incidents and associated communications and ensure that this is reflected in the incident recordsPrepare regular and ad hoc internal and external incident data reports as required At Randstad Digital, we are passionate about providing equal employment opportunities and embracing diversity to the benefit of all.
