What will I be doing?

As the Concierge Team Leader, you will play a key role in facilitate the seamless flow of guest experiences from arrival to departure. You will lead a skilled team, setting the standard for exceptional service at our concierge desk. Your responsibilities will include:

·Assisting the Concierge manager to lead the team to deliver outstanding service to all our guests at all times and in all circumstances

·Ensure all team are following all procedures for parking and moving vehicles in our care.

·Provide leadership assistance, administrative support, while always demonstrating a hands-on approach within all aspects of operations

·Ensure all team members are prepared and well-informed to deliver guests an exceptional experience from check-in through check-out

·Ensure that all Guest requests, inquiries and complaints are managed promptly and completely

·Work closely with the Concierge management team to train, motivate and inspire members of our team, to assist them to reach their full potential

·Monitor Guest satisfaction reports and implement actions to improve results

What are we looking for?

This position is for Australian residents only or applicants who have the legal right to work in Australia, visa sponsorship opportunities are not available.

We are seeking individuals who share and embody our core values of Hospitality, Integrity Leadership, Teamwork, Ownership and Now. Along with:

·Previous experience Leadership experience within the hotel, leisure or retail sector

·Open Automatic and Manual Driver's License

·Fluent in the English language in order to communicate professionally with guests and team members, both in person and over the telephone

·Calm, efficient, and able to work well under pressure

·Excellent inter-personal and communication skills

·Excellent leadership and management skills

·Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences

It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:

·A minimum of 2 years of experience within the hotel, leisure, and/or retail sectors
