The Centre
This gorgeous 30 place centre in Lane Cove is seeking a full-time Certificate III or Diploma Trained Educator to join their welcoming and established team in either the Nursery or Toddler room. The service has lovely indoor and outdoor spaces and is well resourced to ensure educators are able to provide high quality learning experiences.
The centre is a reputable service within the Lane Cove area and prides itself on its strong ties with the local community. The service is open Monday to Friday from 7:30am to 5:00pm.
The Role
As a Diploma Educator your responsibilities will include:
Assisting and working alongside the Room Leader to implement programming leading to successful learning outcomes for the childrenCommunicating positively with the children and familiesPreparing, implementing and evaluating a developmentally appropriate program for individual children and groupsBeing reliable, respectful and working constructively with your colleagues and other professionalsEnsuring a trusting relationship is developed with families through regular, honest and open communication regarding the care of their childHaving sound knowledge of current child care practices, the Early Years Learning Framework and the National Quality Framework
