HR Partners by Randstad are partnering with a well known Australian name in the industrial space in Western Sydney. The HR Advisor will be responsible for the full gamut of the HR department directly reporting to the HR Manager - Operations. This is a HR generalist role managing all aspects of HR and providing HR advice to Operational Managers and employees in a wide spectrum of areas. The role will be 5 days onsite with occassional travel involved but you will be supported by a strong HR team and leader.

Responsibilities may include, but is not limited to:

End to end Recruitment/TA, they use out of the boxs methods with creative platforms, social media marketing, events and trade shows, etc. Advising and coaching Operations Managers on all aspects of HR and staffing Develop and implement HR policies and processes IR and ER, investigations, case management, dispute and grievance resolution EBA and Modern Awards interpretation and Fair WorkDevelop and maintain employee engagement initiatives i.e., Employee Engagement surveys and reports Work with HR Manager to develop and implement Learning and Development and other People and Culture initiatives, strategies and projects. Exciting projects: recruitment, engagement and retention, L&D, IR/EA negotiations exposure etc. To be successful in this role you will have: Minimum of 2-3 years of HR generalist work experience i.e., HR Coordinator, Senior Coordinator, HR Officer or HR Advisor in a similar role and blue collar industry. Open to someone who hasn't been in a HR Advisor role but has the potential capability as the managers can support your developmentHave HR related qualificationsGreat stakeholder management and relationship building skillsGreat communication skills (both written and verbal)Agile, growth oriented, and a creative thinker who can continue to build and lead the HR function
