ESS offers a range of services to big companies and organizations working in remote locations like gold mines and coal fields. We provide essential support to individuals working in some of the most isolated areas globally, from oil rigs in the North Sea to gold mines in the Australian Outback.

  • **Positions Available:** Kitchen hands + Housekeepers working 14 days on 7 days off, 10-hour days
  • **Locations:** Drive in Drive out - positions in Mildura, Pooncarie, Balranald, Wagga
  • **Multiple Vacancies available at different sites
  • Full-time yearly salary of $71,774

The Role:

Kitchen Staff: Your responsibilities will include cleaning the kitchen, dishwashing, rubbish removal, restocking food items, cleaning kitchen equipment, floor cleaning, chemical handling, stock unloading, dining room cleaning, vacuuming, mopping, and other related tasks.

Housekeeping Staff: Your tasks will involve making linen packs, cleaning bathrooms, toilets, changing bedsheets, making beds, restocking linen trolleys, dusting, mopping, vacuuming, and various other duties.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Experience in cleaning or housekeeping is necessary.
  • Previous experience as a kitchen hand is required.
  • Must be able to work in extremely remote conditions.
  • Team player with flexibility to work in all departments, including night shifts.
  • Strict adherence to safety policies and procedures.
  • Comfortable with undergoing pre-employment medical/drug screening.
  • Valid driver's license and own transportation.
  • White Card would be a plus.
