Product Sourcing Specialist

This is an exciting full time permanent position based in Sydney. Our client is looking for a sourcing superstar to oversee the procurement of products, utilising top-tier sourcing methodologies, robust commercial strategies, and fostering positive collaborative relationships with both external vendors and key internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities of Sourcing Specialist:

Overseeing the procurement of products and services to meet profitability and service standards aligned with sales and customer strategiesUtilising commercial expertise to address sourcing inquiries effectivelyEnsuring accurate maintenance of dataEnhancing processes efficiency through continuous improvement methodologiesCultivating robust vendor relationships and coordinating with stakeholders for seamless integration with business operationsNegotiating product terms with vendors in accordance with company protocols via the ERP systemProactively managing vendor delivery performance and rectifying non-conformance issuesProviding pertinent insights, data, and input to product teams to capitalise on vendor opportunities across product rangesIdentifying and integrating new vendors to support sourcing requirements About you: Demonstrated experience in procurement and end to end sourcing Proficiency in managing diverse sourcing requestsExceptional interpersonal and communication abilitiesStrong commercial acumen and decision-making skillsProficiency in vendor management processes and protocolsAbility to work 5 days from office If this Sourcing Specialist role sounds like the one for you, 'APPLY' now If you have any questions contact Liam Scott on At Randstad, we are passionate about providing equal employment opportunities and embracing diversity to the benefit of all.
