This forward-thinking school is seeking a dedicated Pedagogy Coach with a specialization in mathematics to join its dynamic team. As a Pedagogy Coach, you will play a crucial role in shaping the professional development of the teaching staff, focusing on enhancing instructional practices and student outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Principal Leader, a team of coaches are accountable to heads of school for co-leading learning priorities across the Schools of Leadership. Collaboratively lead, mentor and coach teachrs to design flexible curriculum pedagogiesProvide targeted coaching and support to teachers in grades 7-12, with a focus on mathematics instruction.Collaborate with educators to design and implement effective teaching strategies that promote student engagement and achievement.Conduct classroom observations and provide constructive feedback to teachers to improve their instructional delivery.Mentor and guide teachers in implementing innovative pedagogical approaches and technology integration in the mathematics curriculum.Co-lead the learning priorities across the Schools of Leadership and Entrepreneurship, with a focus on mathematics education. Requirements:
Support the Principal in the ministry of leadership, reflecting the mission of the Church by modelling respectful relationships with colleagues, students and families.Use research and data to think and plan strategically.Foster an innovative teacher mindset which supports student-centred learning.Model highly accomplished teaching using contemporary pedagogy and flexible curriculum design.Undertake professional learning as a connected educator who contributes to system learning in a global world.Support teachers in the use of digital technology to enhance learning.Contribute to a culture which enables imagination, creativity and innovation.Proven track record of success in coaching and mentoring teachers to enhance their instructional practices.Deep understanding of pedagogical theories and methodologies, particularly in the context of mathematics education.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues.Strong leadership skills and a collaborative mindset.
