Program Scheduler

We are looking to fill 2 permanent positions based in the Rockhampton and Maryborough Offices.
The Role:
As a Program Scheduler, you will support our Delivery teams in scheduling and coordinating projects/programs. Your responsibilities will include:
Developing, reviewing, and administering schedules using contemporary scheduling systems.Collaborating with Apprentice Supervisors and the Department's Apprenticeship team to schedule apprentices to projects/tasks.Developing detailed schedules to support program delivery in collaboration with delivery teams.Maintaining project/program status dashboards for accurate reporting.Consulting and coordinating with stakeholders to resolve resourcing issues and escalate as necessary. Mandatory Requirements: Experience in similar roleConstruction backgroundProject management is advantageous Must have permanent residence or citizenship in Australia (Evidence will be required as part of the application process) Technical/Operational Expertise: Ability to interpret complex information and develop schedules.Experience in construction scheduling and project delivery.Relevant project or construction management experience with advanced data processing skills.
