Responsilbilities:
Development of Test Strategies, Test Plans and Test Cases in support of the systems, functional and load & performance requirements of the relevant SDLC test phases.Prepare and execute testing – manage individual testers, prepare for the testing, which includes the preparation of test conditions, test scripts, test cycles and input data and capture actual results for testing.Update Test Case progress - Using a nominated testing tool progressively update the status of each condition/script tested, and ensure traceability to corresponding requirement(s).Record and track defects - log defects found during testing; review to identify major defects and determine their impact Test plan (per test level) – support development of deliverableReview test results - hold regular meetings to review results & progress of testing to minimise issues that may cause a delay in the progressSchedule and dependency management – ensure schedule adherence in meeting defined activities and schedule milestones and identifying and managing any dependencies that may impact the team's schedule.Risk & Issue Management – There is a responsibility across all delivery teams to address any issues and risks they become aware of in accordance with the Issue Management Process and the Risks Management Process.Planning and co-ordinating the teams activities to ensure timely, optimal assignment of testing techniciansDefining test responsibility/tasks that need to be performed and for identifying individuals who can perform those responsibilities/tasks
